I phoned and rang asking if they had certain parts. I was assured they had 'heaps' only to drive 45 minutes there and they had none!!! Absolutely useless and a waste of time. Don't bother going here

Sent a staff member to collect a part. However, after confirming over the phone what part we needed (which we confirmed consisted of two pieces and was quoted for this), the staff member then said that he only quoted us for one piece and the price doubled to have both pieces. I feel is extremely dodgy behaviour and will definitely avoid them in future.

Only called this afternoon and within hours my car was picked up and removed. John was so quick to respond to my email and organise Max to come out straight away. Max was lovely and very efficient in his job. Well done.

Very dodgy operators I would not go back i went to pick up a Mazda licence plate bracket which they said they had but they didnt instead gave me one off a Honda which he said would bolt straight on and of course not even close refused to take it back for a refund, this behaviour gives wreckers a bad name

Total waste of time. Different staff gives different quotes, which can be as different as over $200. Never come across such rude customer service.
