My Porsche required a service and had a few issues that needed to be sorted. Both Paul and Catarina were easy to deal with and made me feel very welcome throughout the process.Paul has an eye for detail and noticed a couple of potential problems and resolved them while performing the work already scheduled.I will be definitely taking my car back to EMD for its next service.

Paul and Kat go above and beyond the duty of call to ensure client satisfaction. Had issues with my 2016 Cayenne, which Paul clearly explained and even carried extra service items to ensure performance. Felt like I was being treated by family. Highly professional organisation to deal with. Definitely recommended to look after your Porsche.

Paul is a great mechanic, has in depth knowledge of European cars and treats every car as his own.I was turned down by 3 mechanics with a specific problem my car had, and Paul was the one who fixed it.I've heard some people towing their cars interstate for Paul to have a look at

Picked up my touareg from Paul after we had some issues. All I can say is that he is an expert and a perfectionist . He loves what he does, which in this day and age is hard to find . Picked things up that my regular mechanic missed. I would also like to mention that Catarina in the office is wonderful and so warm and friendly. I've owned 6 different vws in the past and now Paul is my mechanic. Even though we have to drive half an hour to get there.
