Great physio! I tore my hamstring and he really helped me with rehab. Now doing football and BJJ with so much more mobility. Highly recommend.

Rafki was so helpful with my injury. He’s a very understanding and knowledgeable Pilates instructor. I was skeptical about pilates but I’ve never felt stronger. His programs been amazing. Thanks again Rafki, can’t recommend you enough.

Intrinsic Motion Physiotherapy and Pilates
Best physio session I ever had. Complained of my upper back due to my work as a dental hygienist. Suffered so much pain that I had to stop between patients to foam roll my back to have some comfort. Rafki was able to take it out in a few sessions and it never came back. Anyone who has back pain knows how amazing it is when you have relief.

Intrinsic Motion Physiotherapy is excellent! I have seen many Physiotherapists and Rafki is the best! He is patient, extremely knowledgeable and is able to identify the root cause quickly and efficiently. I had a niggling shoulder and tennis elbow issue that impacted my workouts, he identified my posture issue quickly and has been able to assist in eliminating the pain. He also taught me to alter my grip with the weights and what muscles to strengthen to avoid a recurrence. I highly recommend Rafki to anyone, he clearly knows his stuff!
