Back in October last year 2016 I ordered 12 ton $528.00 GP G/mix soil as well as Pinebark to be delivered. The soil was crap. We have purchased soil from there before and it was fine. It needed a water wetting agent for the water to soak in. I contacted Marks to explain what was happening and they said it was because of the dry weather and the soil wasn't that good. It would have been good to be informed before we purchased this soil. It has cost us a fortune as we lost a lot of brand new plants as well as established ones. So now it is Feb 2017 and the soil is still in the same spot it was delivered. Useless to use and a total waste of money. We should have been offered a refund

Called this morning to get some soil delivered - spur of the moment. It was no issues at all, and delivered within an hour and a half. The soil was great quality. Thank you for the great service!

I purchased 10t of premium topsoil. I called and changed to 2x5t trucks last minute. I got told no problem! Very late in the day, I called again for 2 more tonne. Again, No Problem.I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Really friendly, great customer service and very accommodating. We will be back for sure
