Fight Back Self Defence

We hired Howard for a corporate team building night as a two-hour session. And we all had a blast!Howard made everyone feel capable and safe. The way he explained and talked about matters was down-to-earth, approachable, and considerate. He checked with management before the event if he needed to be aware of anything before going in, and always asking for consent with demonstrations or any contact.The physical moves were well informed and fun to do. And were doable for range of different physical abilities.We also found how he explained the different mindsets and gender expectations very educational.Over all, it was a fun and educational night that has the whole team laughing and having a ball!

Howard from Fight Back Self Defence ran a session for a group of friends & I yesterday & it was by far one of the best things I've done! It was a fun, interactive & informative session with lots of practical advice & hands on learning. Howard was able to present the moves in a way that anyone & everyone could learn & feel confident to do. Stop looking and doubting if it’s good or not. Howard gives such a good training in 3 hours, making sure we get what we need and open to any questions. We had a mixed group of young kids (boys girls between 10-15 years old) and adults. He did so well mixing everything up for us keeping the training simple so we know what to do in case of assault. Thanks heaps Howard, it was absolutely just what we were looking forward :)

Howard is an engaging and talented presenter. His self defence workshop is fantastic! We had a group of women of all ages and levels of ability who got a lot out of it. A must-do workshop for all women.

If you are a woman who would like to learn how to feel confident defending yourself then book a session with Howard. The very idea of needing self-defence skills is confronting and this was a challenging session but it needs to be. I joined the session with my daughter and 6 friends all about to go to university, and we all learnt so much. Howard is terrific, respectful, calm and encouraging - cannot recommend him highly enough! Great experience. Book him - i feel so much happier sending my daughter out into the world knowing she has a plan, hopefully that she will never ever need.
