Had a terrible experience with Steven or stephen at the service department. I received my car dirty with oily hand prints all over the bonnet and doors. I call Steven to tell him that I was not pleased with the way I got my car back., h said he’ll call me back but never did.Another time I came in for an emergency to replace a cracked wheel to see Steven but he tired his back on me saying he can’t help me I need to try someone els. Surely Mercedes doesn’t treat their clients like this. When I pay thousands of dollars for a service I expect at least to be treated with respect not pushed around and getting my property dirty.

The engine in my car wasn't working so I had my car towed to this dealership.I was charged a $300 diagnostic fee, which was fine, and then told the problems with my car. The team promised to send me a quote that day, so I could review the issues.I did not receive the quote that afternoon. I called again , spelt out my email address (6 times) and they still didn't send it through.I've called them three this morning and I'm still waiting. Seems like their team can't spell. Terrible service from Mercedes Benz. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Thanks so much to the team at Mercedes Melbourne. I just love my AMG that I bought here for myself as a birthday present. The team have been so kind for the entire process; and recently I had damaged my wheel from a pot hole in the road. They got right into it, checked it out and repaired it. Extra special thanks to Ash and Peter who I dealt with directly for this urgent matter. I will definitely be going back soon to get some detailing and of course ongoing service. I highly recommend this amazing, positive and helpful dealership. x

Highly not recommended this dealership"Never book your service from this dealership.I booked my appointment with them before two weeks ago and after going there and waited for 30 min the servicing person told me. We can't fix your issue you came late. I booked my appointment at 10 am and I have reached there by 10.15.We can't see your car until 1 or 2 pm. By the time they look after your car update

This gentlemen went well above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable in buying a second hand Mercedes, sight unseen. Very honest in appraising, with photos, videos and phone calls etc. Truly went out of his way to complete many 1 percent efforts that most people don't do. Tim, Fraser and Adam were fantastic. Tim with Fraser went over and above to make sure everything ran smoothly especially after something didn’t go to plan but this was at no way their fault. They made our experience great and never at any point did they not keep us updated. We thank them for their professionalism and thoroughness throughout our purchase. We also would like to acknowledge Adam who also contributed in making sure we were happy too.
