10/10 would recommend. I’ve never had a bad experience and this is the first salon I have religiously come back to due to the awesome services and the girls are always so welcoming and you’re never waiting longer than 10 minutes.Keep up the good work girls!

DONT GO HERE! Went here yesterday and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, which they upsold me to henna, stating it lasted longer.. specifically said to the staff i did not want my eyebrows too dark, as never used henna before, I was hesitant.. she asked if a medium brown was good.. I said yes as my hair is blonde... she put the applicator on my brows and it was black! Hoping it wouldn't stay that way but it did.. I was embarrassed to go shopping afterwards and just wanted to cry! have washed several times over and nothing gets it off. Have to bleach or wait for it to now grow out!!! Not worth $55 for something I now have to spent more money on to fix!

Went and got my eyebrows henna and it lasted 4 days very un happy with the experience and went back to show that we were in happy and they argued with us about itVery unprofessionalNever coming back !!Also then called me to say I am not aloud to put up a review up

The first time I went to Grace Beauty at Morayfield I was nervous as I had never had threading done before, Rav instantly put me at ease.I continue to see Rav on every visit. Rav listens and achieves the best results every time.I recommend Rav for all your beauty needs. She is professional, kind, and generous with time, she makes you welcome and feel at ease.

I am a professional beauty therapist and I like to explore salons and their standards. It was very hard to find this place, they havnt changed their google location, they were not the most comfortable people or welcoming people, however I did love my eyebrows and eyelashes afterwards and that lady who did it was sweet. As my grandfather came from India, I understand communication can be hard but in the beauty industry communication is key to a successful appointment.

I dont know where to start. This salon is cute and has so much potential. However, disappointed all around. There was no greeting whatsoever. The lady who did my waxing was nice enough but barely said anything to me the whole time. I walked in had no idea what to do as she just vanished without a word.The lack of training and salon protocol here is evident straight away. There was no towel provided to cover myself for modesty, meaning i used my own jumper which now has wax on it. There was no cleansing of the skin which can cause folliculitis. There was no moisture added before treatment to support the skin, which could tear the skin especially when it's winter and its prone to being more dry. She didnt wax in direction of the hair meaning that alot just snapped and did not remove from the root. She also did not physically support the skin whatsoever meaning that the wax in general was alot more painful than it needed to be. She used oil and baby wipes to clean the area down after, only at my request, but despite this, i still left with wax all over me. I don't blame the therapist, I think she did what she could with what she had... which wasn't alot.Management needs to step up their game and try not to be stingy with their product supplies. Skin prep is vital if you don't want your clients to have issues afterwards. At $50 a wax I think its fair to expect something more than a baby wipe to clean me down before and after. I'm glad I had a gift card because I wouldn't have been willing to pay the price for this service.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Asked if they do brow waxing or only threading and was told they do both. I said that's great. Then asked if they had time to do a full leg wax, underarm wax, lash and brow tint and a brow wax. Was told to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and was taken into a room. She waxed my legs then left the room. I waited. She came back and asked if I was okay and then asked me to come outside please. Walked outside thinking they must be doing the rest in the window for the public to see.. (strange) Walked outside and sat in the chair, she proceeded to thread my brows. Then did my brow tint, cleaned it off and went to the register. I was shocked. Went over to her and said ''so we aren't doing the lash tint and underarm wax then I guess'. She said no. I said 'so I guess I have to make an appointment for that then' She said 'yes please' Don't bother with this business, they don't listen and don't communicate. Wasted my time and now I have to go somewhere else to finish the service I asked for. If you are going to run a business then at least employ staff who can understand what people are saying and can communicate at least half decently, preferably in English!!!!

I had my Brazilian wax done last month by Grace beauty… just thought to share my experience.I went in . I had my appointment already booked . The staff was not welcoming and gave me a weird look. No smile nothing . There was very negative feeling.I am not satisfied with the customer service as if i am talking to you with a smile i do not expect you to talk with me with weird kind of face .2 stars ⭐️ only for the job done . Please don’t take it wrong just a suggestion to have a smile on your face . Please welcome your customers.

Asked for the $45 eyebrow special.When in the chair asked Henna or Dye ?You should off stated Henna would cost double the price ! Very sneaky off you not impressed
