Removed my lice in one go, friendly and knowledgeable staff

One of the reasons we chose this clinic for my daughter’s lice treatment was their 5 star review (even though there were only 6 reviews). Unfortunately I cannot give them a 5 star review as my experience was less than satisfactory. The technician that inspected my daughter’s hair said she couldn’t see any infestation even though my daughter’s scalp was red in areas from all the scratching. She recommended to go home and just monitor it, I asked if the chemist could come and have a look at the redness, so the chemist did and in 2 seconds spotted eggs in the hair. Thankful I asked to get a second opinion. Their website states $100 for express treatment (no guarantee they remove everything) or $150 full treatment (guarantee the remove everything) I paid $150 for the full treatment, after the treatment finished I went to pay and was told it would cost an extra $25 because my daughter had a lot of hair. My daughter has the average 12 yr girl’s hair, so to charge me an extra $25 was a rip off. Definitely won’t be going back there and would not recommend either.

After many frustrating hours wasted at home, the professional technicians here were fast, friendly and so thorough. The family is so relieved now, so worth the travel and confident with the results!
