Had a Rhino Roof install in November. Rhino Roof Rack looks fantastic on my XLT Ranger, but during install they scratched my back passenger doors on both sides of my vehicle and have denied and refusing to acknowledge and repair the damage.The response was you have over 30 scratches (huge exaggeration) on your car and no proof they were done by us.My car doesnt have 30 scratches. I had a detail done 3 days prior to install. Only 2 major blemishes small dents and scratch on one side of my car when inspected car after detail.2 days later install at OL Noarlunga and 3 more scratches on the back doors of my Ranger.Went back to show the damage a couple of days after phoning them the same day. My car is dirtier from living on dirt road when he inspected my car 2 days later and claimed my car was covered in scratches which its not. I purchased it 3 months ago, not a scratch on it. since I had it only 2 marks been on it since.Do not recommend these guys as they will not fix the damage they caused.Im now complaining to OL Head Office for answers about their processes and procedures for complaints and to get the damage repaired.If that fails my Insurer will chase them for payment to cover costs to repair.
