Regal End of Lease Cleaning Melbourne

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We used Regal Services Group and were extremely disappointed with their end of lease clean. Ricky was rude, did not care or honour the “100% customer satisfaction guarantee” as per their website, didn’t clean our balcony and left their empty cleaning products in our house. If you want a quality end of lease clean that will get your bond back, I strongly suggest using a professional cleaning agency. Ricky and these band of jokers are the absolute worst.

Paid $533 for a Regal to do an end of lease clean at our apartment. Not only did I pay extra and more than originally quoted, the extras I paid for weren't even cleaned like the balcony and some of the windows. I had to clean and vacuum the entire place after the cleaner left in order to ensure we'd get our bond back. Really disappointing that even the basics like wiping out a draw wasn't done.I messaged Ricky the day after the clean was done to see if someone could come back and fix the terrible clean that was done and have not heard back over a week later.DO NOT RECOMMEND
