I rang Charlie as we are renovating our house and I am not very good with colours or decorating and needed some help. After our first meeting I felt very comfortable as she was asking the right questions and understood the look we are after. She is very easy to talk to, friendly and flexible with her approach to fit with our needs and source the furnishings within our budgetWe have more rooms to finish but I am extremely happy with our master bedroom and love the look she has created.

We engaged Interiors by Charlie to help us develop and specify finishes and fittings for the recent renovation of our home. Despite the tight timeline, Charlie delivered really creative and well thought out design ideas for everything from the colour scheme to wall tiles and lighting. Her advice on the design, functionality and finishes for the custom cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry was invaluable. The final result is amazing and totally exceeded our expectations. Engaging Interiors by Charlie was by far best thing we did during the renovation process and we highly recommend her professional interior design services.

Following the purchase of our new home on the Northern Beaches, we chose Charlie to assist with transforming the old and tired interiors into our dream family home. Charlie is a great communicator and took the time to understand our needs and educate us on our style preferences. She was very accommodating and understanding when we altered the scope of our project. The majority of the choices she presented for our colour scheme, lighting, flooring options and window treatments were spot on. The few slight tweaks we had were quickly changed to new selections which we were very happy with. We love the look and feel of our new home. Moreover, we feel more confident in taking the next steps with our furnishing and decorating following the advice provided by Charlie. We highly recommend Charlie for your own project.

The first time I met charlie was on a small job in a Manly unit. Her dedication to such a small job was not something I am used to seeing! Most people in Charlie's profession would not even bother with such a small job, it was to fit a new Microwave into an existing appliance tower. The clients hired Charlie Cooper for her advice and Charlie came up with an amazing idea that was very cost effective for the client. What stood out for me as a cabinet maker and joiner is that Charlie not only thought of the concept, she made sure power was available and re- constructing was possible before even seeing the job. Not only talented in ideas, colours and styling but very Knowledgeable to all aspects of this small but intricate job. We were looking for some objective professional advice about the flow and floorplan of the lower level of our older character house, and some creative ideas. Charlie provided some really excellent, practical and pragmatic advice about changes we could make on a 'light-touch' basis, without the need for major structural work. She has a very keen eye for how to improve use of space, and modernise, whilst keeping changes sympathetic to the rest of the home. She is very helpful, listens well to the client needs, and can think creatively and spatially very constructively. Highly recommend.

I had no idea how to furnish our modern Sydney home. We had a mix of furniture - either inherited, or purchased in London for a tiny terrace - and everything just looked out of place. The few new pieces I bought since arriving in Sydney seemed to make everything look more disjointed. So I was delighted (& relieved!) when I managed to find Charlie to help.​​I really appreciated her approach - looking at what we already had and working out how best to complement it, rather than just trying to make our home look like the current trends in home magazines. Charlie also introduced me to Pinterest which I am now hooked on; it was a great way to share ideas and figure out what would work best for our home.​​Through re-arranging some of our existing furniture, and buying a couple of new pieces, our living spaces have been transformed. I couldn't recommend Charlie highly enough. She was a pleasure to deal with - always very responsive, worked within our budget and introduced me to new concepts & ideas.
