Shen's Massage Karrinyup

In few words: RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE OF YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY!- They TOOK OFF from my body a BIRTH CONTROL PATCH that I expressly said to DO NOT TOUCH!! But to find an English speaker in there seemed impossible actually! It is even harder to find a real massage therapist unfortunately.- They gave me back the patch because I badly ask them!! She threw it away in the rubbish!! When I said to her of the terrible mistake she was laughing at me because she could not even understand what I was saying for sure!! It is been so frustrating…-The less important issue today is been that they stopped the “1hr” “relaxation” massage after just 30 mins because they were closing and that I am now feeling terrible pain all around my back where they touched me!! They also swapped while they we’re massaging me. The one she started left and another one came in.I really hope that someone will stop this business because there is no reason for them to continue to operate and to play with people’s health

they ask payment first anyway.made me hesitate to pay asap.i found my private insurance card just after payment.but they didn't accept the reduction.they said try next time.but they made me won't come back.

I have had positive a experience at Shen's Massage Karrinyup Shop #1, but today I went to Shen's Massage Shop #2 (located at Shop 22A, Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Ground Floor, close to NOVO shoes in the MYER mall) and it was a complete waste of money. The massage was extremely unsatisfactory - it was not even on each side of my body because the lady doing my massage was too busy talking to the masuase next to her and yelling at people who were coming in to pay attention to the massage she was giving. I did not enjoy my experience at all, I left feeling annoyed and like I had wasted my money, rather than relaxed. I do not recommend!

Booked a 60 minute full body relaxation massage that sadly was anything but. The lady rushed and massaged my back so roughly that I was left bruised and sore for days. 20 minutes in, she told me they needed to make it 30 minutes only as they overbooked! It was so bad I gladly agreed at that point, but was still annoyed. They then over charged me for a full body 30 min massage instead of only a back massage. Oh and she kept stopping during my massage to talk to her colleague or answer the phone !!! Not the usual standard of Shens. Will stick to innaloo.

I don’t usually leave a review but I got a shoulder and neck massage here. The massage it’s self was actually nice I can’t complain about it but I was massaged sitting on a chair in the back of the shop with my hoodie on. I thought this was quite strange as I usually get a neck and shoulder massage and I have never had this experience. Usually I am unclothed and essential oils are used. I did feel abit uncomfortable as people were also sitting there waiting for their appointment while I was being massaged, but like I said the actual massage it’s self was nice just the environment I was massaged in was uncomfortable.

I called up to book and Eric arranged time for 2 remedial massages. When I later had to change the time (at short notice, my fault sorry) I called and he said he'd give me a call back once he checked. He called back within 5 minutes to confirm and was very kind about my mistake. He greeted us on entry and the 2 workers who did our massages were great.Eric went above and beyond to make sure I had good service and was checking how I felt after the massage when I was paying. Great service :)

Don’t like to leave negative reviews normally but probably the worst massage I’ve ever had, sat me in a chair for neck and shoulder section of my massage. Had a towel over me and felt as though she was ripping at my skin, pushing against me so hard the chair was sliding against the floor and had to prop myself against it. Repeatedly said where I was feeling tense and would like her to focus, sadly she did not, left feeling worse than when I went in honestly

Worst remedial massage I have experienced, and for the premium price of $105, 1hr. Rushed with zero care factor. An hour of my life I'll never get back. Go elsewhere

I had an hour booking and shop was so busy. The guy asked me ,Come after an hour. once I come back , they said you have not mentioned us you have an insurance then they cancelled my booking and did not provide me any service after an hour waiting outside of the shop. lack of communication ... so frustrating !!!!!
