Taree & Wingham produce have lost my business which was around $15k in the past year or two. Returned what I considered a faulty item, was assured it would be looked into (and that was by the owner). Followed up with a email to the manager 3 weeks later and have had no response from either gentleman 5 weeks after returning the item, not even an acknowledgement they had received the follow up email.I'll be sourcing my farm requirements elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed as the staff are great, this reflects very poorly on the management of this business.
