The sales person came did the measurement 4 weeks ago and we are still waiting to hear. I called twice and left a message, no reply.

Very helpful doing selections for house build, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and showroom was nice.

While our Cedar French doors/window were manufactured to a good standard the fitting of the doors within the frame (done at the factory) was not up to standard. One door rubbed on the bottom of the door sill next to the hinged side. Also the striker plate is fouled by the other door fixtures. The installer of the fly screen returned to correct the alignment of the door, promised wooden door repair/fix did not occur. I had to fix the issues myself. I fixed it

BEWARE!!!So disappointed in the poor quality of the locking mechanism in my new sliding door & also in the after sale service… Door lock was loose & out of alignment constantly right from the beginning & needed screws tightening regularly… My poor health & then COVID restrictions all played havoc & I delayed contacting Stegbar… When I finally did contact them outside the warranty period they accepted no responsibility… I didn’t think I was buying sub standard product when I initially purchased from Stegbar Unley nor did I think they wouldn’t stand by their product!… I’LL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM NOR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Well I DEFINITELY will NOT recommend this store to any person.Placed an order for a door on the 14th July,Salesman said he will quote & reply via email.Here we are 14 days later & STILL waiting for our email whilst construction is halted waiting for our door & side window.Customer relationship is Nonexistent here & requires a good wakeup call.An email to Head Office is the way to go.

Nanoclean - treatment for glass shower screens. I did not want to continue the daily wiping down of my shower screen after showering, so was looking to replace with a better alternative. The demonstration of Stegbar's product, marketed as Nanoclean, was to give me the result I was looking - costing an extra $200 - that is what I was told when they were quoting for a new screen!! Don't be fooled!! This product has not delivered - demonstration showed 2 joined tubes of red liquid showing the difference between the treated and untreated glass - not found to be the case. Total waste of money. Has not delivered and is no different than my untreated screen. Totally disappointed and would recommend saving your money. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Visited the Unley store a week ago to purchase some shoe racks to add to our robes, but was told that a consultant will need to measure and quote on-site. I was promised that he would call within 24 hours to organise, but I am still waiting for the call after a week. Very poor customer service, with broken promises. Maybe they are so successful that they don't need my business, but I doubt it very much. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
