I am currently both a landlord and tenant with Ethel & Florence  and have been for a number of years. Having used many other agencies other years, no one has matched up to their professionalism and attention to detail. My husband and I were in the process of moving to Brisbane from the UK. When what was becoming increasingly complex and frustrating transition we got in touch with Adele from Ethel Florence - she was incredible! I would not hesitate to recommend Ethel and Florence, Adele is extremely helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. This is not your average estate agents, they really do go the extra mile. We have obviously dealt with Ethel and Florence as tenants but seeing how thorough and quick to communicate they are, they would be my go to if I were renting out my own property. The quality of service and care we experienced with Ethel & Florence was second to none! Adele was our property manager and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was super responsive with all our correspondence and was more than happy to take the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. Adele effectively communicated throughout the whole process from the start of tenancy to the end of our lease which made it such a breeze, especially being my first time in a rental property. If there were any repairs etc to be taken care of, they were dealt with such ease and efficiency.Adele was super friendly, professional and personalised in her approach which made it such an enjoyable experience, and was also very accommodating to our personal requirements. Upon ending our lease, Adele provided us with a beautiful tenancy reference to help with our new rental property application, and went the extra mile to help us find a new rental by sending us properties up for lease through her industry connections. We were sad to leave as we had the best experience and time living in the property, but due to personal circumstances we had to move on. I highly recommend Ethel & Florence to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

I must state that Charlie has an amazing attitude. With his knowledge and professionalism he always guided us at each step of our journey. Possibly we would have never taken a decision to buy the property if we would have not meet him. Definitely I will always recommend Charlie to anyone buying or selling a property. we are really impressed by the professional service and the price that we got for our property. For sure will contact him again when buying our next property.

Adel's personal attention, eye for detail, extensive knowledge and honest approach are rare qualities today (especially in one person). Adel has been managing our property for over three years and some of that time has been during the dark days at the start of the pandemic; she dealt with the tenants issues and supported them while also ensuring we were protected. She has represented us successfully with insurance claims and with body corporate matters. We have used other property mangers previously and everyone of them has caused us more grief than had we managed the property ourselves. We love Adel's work and her team! Cheers Phillip

Adele & the Team are quite possibly the best run outfit in any service industry let alone real estate. Proactive, Professional, Personable and pain-free makers. This is the most reliable and well-managed property agency in Brisbane. I have so many uncomfortable and disappointing experiences with other property agencies, yet, thanks to Ethel & Florence, I can happily find a good place to live. Also, when I consider the agency’s professional management attitudes, owners must be very satisfied with this agency. When you are sick and tired of many other property agencies, go to Ethel & Florence and talk to Adele. You will find out my review is not just an exaggerated complement as the agency and her professional help is really worth it.

What a Fantastic Service! Ethel & Florence provided us with a fast, efficient and very helpful service. Two agents were recommended for our area, the one we chose was just great, very knowledgeable and a good negotiator. We sold our apartment in Brisbane City faster than expected and for more money!  Recommend to anyone!
