We deal directly with Subin either via email or phone contact; he is very responsive. Sometimes only takes him minutes to reply, even on a Saturday. Subin has spent a lot of time talking to our service directly and guiding us through some of the set up processes. As well we have asked for additions to the software and Subin has either been able to make the changes immediately or has advised that the team are working on updates. We are very impressed.
