I absolutely love coming in to see these beautiful ladies! Every single month for the past year, I have had the most wonderful facials, skin needling treatments, massages and pamper sessions and everyone I’ve seen has been incredible! I always look forward to my next treatment. Cheryl is such a generous and beautiful person who has also been involved 2 years in a row with a charity I’m apart of, including her special clients in the gift of giving and I’m always so grateful! Such a very kind, caring and great atmosphere to be in and I’m looking forward to my New Years appointment to help me on my skin journey! Thank you lovelies :)

I don't have a lot of downtime and when I do, I don't usually invest it in self-care. This year I promised I'd invest more time looking after myself a bit more and wanted to make the most out of my leave from work this week, so I booked myself to get pampered at this lovely little salon today. This was my first time at this place and boy, was I in for a treat! Cheryl is kind and gave wonderful, mindful service I couldn't help but relax and be in the moment. Every second during my service was divine. The place is well kept and inviting with wonderful homely energy. They also offer late evenings and weekend appointments for busy parents/professionals. Cheryl gave me some really good advice about my skin and shared practical skin care information which I highly appreciate.I'll be spreading the word nonetheless and looking forward to my next visit!

I have been going to Lovely skin and beauty weekly for nearly three years and I can’t recommend Cheryl and her team enough . Extremely professional and caring, Cheryl can’t do enough to look after me and I love my visits.

The inability for flexibility by the owner when booking appointments is borderline unhinged. Regular customer, never missed an appointment. Won’t be back.Also, your reply in all of its passive aggressive glory clearly indicates how unhinged you are. Don’t try and make out like I am the one being unreasonable. Your reply is littered with lies and inaccuracies.You don’t let clients book an appointment without providing credit card details and a ridiculous % deposit. The “same day” request, that you clearly were indicating was me being unreasonable- was based off appointments that your website said was available, I simply (on 3 occasions) left very a specific and detailed message along the lines of “your website says this appointment is available (In 4 hours time) please just message via text if this is available I will take it” you instead insisted on calling back and leaving VM messages asking for deposit.Your excuse of being busy isn’t reasonable at all. So if I did go online and book with the deposit for the appointment time available, I still wouldn’t have been able to attend the appointment and would have been out of pocket the deposit? - Absurd.Stop playing the “poor small business owner” card. I have regularly supported you because you were a small business- not any more.

I was very happy with the service. I haven’t had a facial in a long time as I’ve been put off by the hard sell from other salons. As an eczema sufferer, I have to be really careful with the products I use, and Cheryl really took this into account during treatment. Thank you for such a wonderful service. I felt really pampered from the moment I walked in and I look forward to the next one.

I have had two amazing facials and body scrubs with Cheryl in the past few months and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful products she uses along with the equally amazing service she provides. From the moment you walk in the door you automatically feel relaxed and feel a sense of tranquility being surrounded by beautiful surroundings. Cheryl pampers you from the moment you walk in the door until the minute you leave. There are no words to adequately express how impressed I am

Highly recommend! I had a 1,5 hour pamper package with a facial, back scrub + mask and a hand oil treatment, absolutely divine! Kirsty was amazing, so friendly and professional. Very relaxing experience!Will definitely be back. :)

Cheryl was beyond accomodating and delightful! The hand and foot treatments were divine, making my skin feel hydrated and replenished. The facial was detailed which made a very relaxing experience and leaving my skin glowing!

Staff were friendly and professional. I had the delux facial with Hannah. Amazing! So relaxing and skin looks and feels fabulous. Highly recommend.
