I rang this place and agreed to the price offered. I got a call from the driver an hour later telling me he would pick it up but for less money than was agreed. I declined and the driver never showed. I rang the original number and left a voicemail and sent a text but never received a response.Questionable work ethic, rude and just bad service.

These fellows are swift and punctual. They offer a reasonable cost for your pre-owned vehicles. They're incredibly warm and welcoming.

This place RIPPED ME OFF, I was paid $100 less than the agreed price. I knew it AFTER a driver came and asked me to sign a form. Moreover, I booked this place to get my car towed away a couple of days in advance. I waited but a driver didn't turn up although the booking time had passed 10-15mins. I rang the owner and he said he'd forgotten my booking so he'd send a driver right away so I had to wait for another 15mins. Btw, he didn't apologies. No, I waited for 50mins still no one turned up, I rang him again he said another 8mins and gave me the driver's number. I waited for another 10mins then rang the driver, he said he'd come to my place ''soon''. The driver finally came in 10mins after my call. I ended up waiting for 1.5hrs. Rip off, forgotten about booking, not punctual. Shouldn't have chosen this company.

Great customer relations and delivery on promised service. Very quick turn around. Great how they are able to pick up wrecked cars so there is less hassle with arranging transport. Would suggest

Sold off an old Honda Civic. The process was quick (calling for quote and pickup was less than 3 hours) and the driver was helpful, polite and got the car loaded quickly and safely. My experience was good.

Twice I bought parts from this wrecker and twice they were not good. They never wanted to give me any refund. They lie in front of your face without any shame.

IF I COULD RATE 10 STARS OR MORE I WOULD!I dealt with this business nearly a year ago (2021) and they were fantastic, quick to reply, very helpful and reasonable pricing and just all round decent to deal with which is hard to come by!FAST FORWARD TO NOW (2022)… I was having a moment and was meant to transfer money to my partners account and some how transferred $400 to this business… I was stressing.. freaking out and all the rest because what’s going on with the rise of costs and things I couldn’t afford to lose $100 let alone $400… I got in contact with them and they just sent it back, no ifs or buts they understood… it just shows there are still decent people in this world that aren’t greedy and have a heart.. I was not expecting to get it back at all but I did.Give this business a go they deserve it..I’ll be telling anyone who needs car parts to go here!!!
