I can highly recommend Carpet Court, Ann provided great customer service nothing was too much trouble and the tradesmen did an excellent job, a 5 star rating is not enough.

I would recommend Mid Coast Carpet Court. Honest and fair pricing. I am very pleased with the finished product. I had flooring, carpet and blinds installed and it all looks amazing. John and his coworker did the flooring install and they did an incredible job, they were very efficient and highly skilled. Thanks team!

Do yourself a favour and avoid Mid Coast Carpet Court Noarlunga. The installer was unprofessional, arrived at 11 on the first day, worked until 2.30, said he would arrive early the next day & turned up at 10, he did work all day that day & arrived at 9 the next day & left at about 3 with only half the job done. He left trip hazards (exposed underlay in 2 places that my disabled husband tripped on several times) over the next 1-1.5 months until the job was completed. The trims they used were the wrong colour, they left gaps between rooms, behind doors and where the dish washer has been installed. I made several phone calls to get this resolved over the weeks but the managers never returned my calls. The sales team did but they were not authorised to resolve any issues. Fast forward 3 months later & the job was finally finished. Unfortunately for me not to a good standard, although Carpet Court says it is up to their standard. I asked for a review of the price as I thought a discount due to the 3 day job taking 3 months, the injury to my husband from his falls and the general inconvenience was warranted. Finally the manager emailed me (I expect it was due to me not paying the final bill by this stage) & offered $100 off the total. I was unimpressed to say the least.Don't do it go somewhere else & save yourself time, money and headaches.

My home had bedroom carpets done while I was not there some years back. None the stores fault but the installer stole my daughters money jar ($300 roughly) jewellery etc. I never reported it at the time as I didn’t realise until a month after. I live alone and nobody had been there only them. The address was 12 Mast Ave Seaford Meadows. Watch your gear.

Anne kolar is a lovely lady and she bent over backwards for us to get our flooring down in a few days. Very helpful and would recommend carpet court to anyone

We visited the shop and the sales-person at first was slightly helpful. We were looking at spending over $10K to $15K with this business and really needed advice on the best flooring product to choose. Yes, we were indecisive so we asked for her advice. Admittedly we did become a little unsure about our initial choice so we were taking a while to decide. After about 20 minutes, other customers entered the shop, the lady assisting us said ''I have 4 other people in the shop now''. We felt dismissed and that we had taken enough of her time. We felt like we had to leave so she could attend to other customers. We took our business elsewhere.

March 2019 - Spent $8k on new flooring with carpet court Noarlunga.August 2020 - I need to finish the remainder of the house flooring. Despite repeated phone calls and emails Dean and his team did not even bother to respond, truly appalling customer service. If you’re thinking about Carpet Court my advice would be to go to Solomon’s flooring, a company that actually seems to care about its customers! To carpet court I would say you might be busy enough right now to be able to ignore loyal customers but sooner or later this approach is going to bite you on the arse. Good luck.
