I normally travel an hour once a week to do a grocery shop at majura park. Mcdonalds here used to be excellent. Id look forward to a fast hot meal. Went through the drive through on wednesday, there was no one inside the shop, staff standing around. Had a fillet of fish meal. Luke warm at best. Fillet fish tasted off. Threw it in the bin in disgust. What's happened all new staff. Non Australian. Not up to standard.

So nice. The man at the counter brought my meal to my table, saying I looked tired. Customer service was excellent, and the hamburger was delicious. He also gave me a cup of water. Wow!

Clean standard looking McDonalds restaurant with a McCafe attached. Bathroom were also really clean. Good if you need a quick stop on your way through Canberra.

Have been to a lot of McDonalds across Australia. It is one of the cleanest ones. Very happy with it. My daughter also praised it: we should come back every time! Well done the manager!

Needs more staffToilet didn't flush in female rooms.Rooms were a mess.Machines didn't print receiptsHighly reccomend getting extra staff and reviewing bathrooms as it wasn't the best experience.Food took around 40 minutes due to the amount of orders and under staffed people on that Friday.

The hot cakes were frozen. I returned it to get another lot and they were cold. I ordered a thick shake after waiting for it and approached the counter I was told they can't make them the machine was still warming up.
