Amazing place! Stumbled across Milky Lane whilst searching for a restaurant for my birthday dinner, while on holidays and decided to book here because of all the great reviews and it did not dissapoint!Fantastic food, cannot fault it & the cocktails and shots were delicious, particularly the Nerd Shot. Service was fantastic, we were made to feel very welcome, well looked after and the food was delivered very quickly. The $95 platter special is great for families, so much food, you will have trouble finishing it all and honestly the best dessert I have ever had. We got the Caramilk & Biscoffe Cookie Dough Skillet. Wow!Would 100% recommend!

Genuinely one of the best burgers I've ever tried. The chic-kanye burger has the best chicken I've had in a burger before. Succulent, fresh tasting chicken which is full of flavour. Only slightly too much sauce dripping out the side but definitely worth the bite. The sweet potato is on the heavier salted side but really brings out different flavours paired with the burger. The service was pretty good, very attentive but did feel a little forced positive. The only unfortunate situation was dining by myself as I was situated in the back corner of the restaurant really taking away from the vibe.

The best loaded fries I have ever had. Crispy fried with bacon and cheese. So good. They even make Mocktailes for those of us that don't drink. Absolutely delicious drinks and burgers. Great music as well.

The food is consistently good irrespective of locations but wanted to comment on how great the service is at Surfers. Prompt, efficient and professional. Despite no booking, they were happy to accommodate. Well done team!

Had a nice night at the Milky Lane, staff were super friendly and food came quickly,We got the Milky Lane burger with a side of loaded popcorn chicken and mac and cheese croquettes with a Sunset Club cocktail and an apple cider with lastly 2 Willy Wonker Nerds shots , Burger was delicious and cooked well, the popcorn chicken was so yummy with the bacon bits and onion with melted cheese on the top, drinks were refreshing and yummy, burgers are decently priced too! Recommend giving Milky Lane a shot if you’re in Surfers Paradise!

Great burger joint, music might not be kid friendly at times but awesome vibes and great service. Fresh tasting ice cream. Didn't try any cocktails but they looked mint. Brisket actually tastes like a smoked Brisket. Most places say Brisket but tastes like a roast beef, huge difference. Great place great food.

Fabulous food, however our mash potato balls were a little bit on the over done side, so was the cheese and bacon croquettes however still edible. Drinks took a while to arrive maybe 15/20 minutes had to ask again but they then came immediately after asking. The vibe in here is really cool! Do try the Reece’s peanut butter cocktail! It was the best cocktail I’ve ever had! Bookings are a must the que was 5/6 people deep when we arrived it gets extremely busy!

A Night at the Hip Hop Haven: Milky Lane on Cavill Ave, Surfers ParadiseTucked away in bustling streets of Surfers Paradise, the Milky Lane burger restaurant on Cavill Avenue presents an unforgettable spectacle. It’s not just another burger joint—it's an experience that aims to enmesh the art of food with the spirit of street culture, the walls adorned with expressive murals of revered rappers that infuse the space with an irrepressible energy. This hive of vibrant personas embraces a bohemian charisma that dares to be different. It attracts a coterie of quirky and dynamic patrons who only add to the ambiance, making it a prime destination for those seeking more than just a meal.Upon arrival, I found myself caught in the throes of a bustling Friday night, my lack of reservation serving as a lesson to future visitors. Although seated outside due to the dinner rush, the vibe of the street comfortably dovetailed with the restaurant's theme.Venturing into the menu for the first time, I opted for the tried-and-true Milky Lane classic cheeseburger, a double-smashed delight. Simplicity often serves as a litmus test for a place’s commitment to culinary finesse. However, here I encountered a glaring culinary misstep that couldn't be ignored: the presence of tomato sauce. This condiment, in my book, is a definite no-go for a smashburger. A cardinal rule overlooked. In terms of its composition, the burger’s freshness was commendable but let down by the seemingly gratuitous construction. An apparent attempt at aesthetic enhancement, the towering structure felt more like a gimmick than an essential enhancement, diluting the authenticity of the experience.Culinary assessment? A rather underwhelming 4/10. Its aesthetic appeal was not enough to justify the cost nor the sensation of each bite, where even a fast-food equivalent like a McDonald's hamburger would have filled the void equally. So, where does this leave Milky Lane on Cavill Avenue? Well, despite my lukewarm burger experience, the pulsating ambiance left a significant impression. The place thrives on its street art ethos, a swaggering personality, and a lively crowd. The verdict is that I may return for a second round, not lured by the prospect of a standout burger but to immerse in the electrifying atmosphere. So, while the burger game might not be their strongest suit, Milky Lane unquestionably reigns supreme in terms of ambiance, a testament to its unique blend of dining and urban culture.
