Dont ever buy anything from this place. Everything was ok until the Chinese staff started rolling her eyes when i asked for help. Chinese female with glasses, i think she is not suitable for this role.

Got my flu vaccination here. Attended by pharmacist Vincent who was super helpful and friendly. He is knowledgeable at what he does and put your mind ease.

Always receive exceptional customer services regardless getting advise, getting jab done or purchasing on the shelf medications. The Asian pharmacist with glasses are super friendly and professional. (What a shame that I can’t recall her name) thank you!!

Really nice and professional staff members. I had to go to all the pharmacies in Glen to find a medication for my family and no one was such helpful as TerryWhite Chemists. They had to call my GP few times but they took over my prescription and sorted it all for me very quickly.

Great customer service displayed by James throughout my visit. I were looking for an antiseptic cream for acne and asked if I should get this. He took the effort to understand the situation I'm in and if there are other alternatives. He insisted that I do not purchase this product and try out some good facial hygiene. Never have I met a pharmacist who would suggest to try an alternative just because this cream do not match what I need. I respect his work ethic and sense of responsibility towards customer consultation. Will definitely come back to purchase from this store. I can't thank him enough for the job he did.
