I ordered a Lever Guard for Yamaha YZF-R6 which was listed at a very good price (only 1 in stock and listed as $159), after a couple of days of waiting they cancel the order and told me it is out of stock, however when I go back to the website, the exact same item has been listed $314.96, also showing only 1 left, I have email and ask what happened, been told that they are a different item which it's clearly not the truth (same brand, same item, same model year, same picture, couldn't understand how could they be different ), would be much easier if just admit it was a price error.

I have had around 10 to 15 orders now with Easyr, brilliant, never an issue, i completely stuffed one order and quick call to customer service and they fixed my stuffup couldnt be happier, will continue to shop with these guys, highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed with Easyr or it should be renamed Hardr. I’ve spent over $10,000 on a bike build getting parts from this company. The lack of care or customer service is disgusting. Waiting 4 months for a wheel with the ETA changing several times. Waiting months for a seat and they sent the wrong one. 80% of the orders are on back order and you only find out after around a week when you chase up the order then they tell you, yet it says in stock on their website. The remaining 20% of orders are either delayed even though express shipping is paid for, or if they come on time it’s the wrong product and you have to pay to return it. It’s honestly a lot easier to buy from America and ship it over, faster too. Very disappointed. Never shopping with them again.

I paid for a helmet that clearly stated in was in stock, checking my acoount it showed the order was being processed, unfortunately 4 days later and no helmet or tracking No, I check my account to find it is now on hold. Only after I sent off an email did their representative advise they had no stock and couldn't get the helmet in ! They were quick in processing the refund so 2 stars for that.

I bought a helmet this week from EasyR. I phoned to enquire and was told that it would ship from the Sydney warehouse (glad I called ahead - though the website did make it clear it was an online only item, so the call was really to find out whether/when to pick up in store or get it sent right to my house).Anyway, the helmet shipped out (free!) the next day and I received it the following day at my house in North Brisbane. Much faster than I expected. Packed really well too, the helmet was immaculate. And they had the best price I could find.Based on this experience I will definitely shop here again.

The item I ordered was the correct one, howevere the customer service is god awful. They made an error in shipping, and instead of fixing it they tried to make me sort it out with thier courier. I've been waiting on a call from the boss" for the past month. Been told repeatedly "hes out of the office" or "at headquaters and will call back soon as possible". Still waiting. I was suprised considering the other reviews i read of EasyR."

I had a very poor experience with these guys. Had been waiting 6 weeks for my purchase to arrive then received an email stating that I was going to be refunded due to no stock. I called customer service and asked if I could purchase a different item and it was agreed that I would receive a 25% additional discount due to the inconvenience. Two weeks later, I received an email stating my refund has been processed but no phone call to let me know what was happening? I had only received a partial refund and once again I had to call customer service to chase them for what was owing to me. In my opinion, communication is key when dealing with customers, and this place certainly doesn't do that. I had to make all the calls. Won't ever be dealing with this company again.
