My builder sub-contracted Raw Energy Electrical Services to do the wiring at the renovated section of my house. They were instructed to wire and check the integrity of the entire renovated section. A few months later, when I installed globes in the same section, I found that the system did not respond correctly. Lights were cutting off and restored intermittently while the MAINS board indicated no fault. I called back Raw Energy to check the fault. They charged me an exorbitant price and did not accept any responsibility on the integrity of the renovated area electrical connection to the MAIN ELECTRICAL board. BTW, I hadn't had any issues with the MAINS board over 12 years residency at my property.
