Needed my house done last minute for inspection top notch!!!

We tried to reschedule our bond clean due to problems with moving our furniture out of our house on time, yet we were reassured that this would not be an issue as the floors could be cleaned at a later date. Our landlord took one look at the house after it had been “cleaned” and demanded we pay for a second bond clean or get housework hero’s to come back and redo the clean. The cleaner refused to come back to the house, stating that because we did not properly clear out and “clean” the house beforehand. If it was an issue having a few pieces of furniture in the house, why insist that it’s no problem only days before, we could have rescheduled a bond clean at a later date. And what “cleaning” are we meant to do before paying $650 for someone to clean a house? Their website states they have guarantees to their services but they have flat out refused to come back or refund. $1300+ later for two entire bond cleans to be done (obviously the second with a company who can actually clean). I would not recommend this company to anyone for any kind of clean.

Leanne was fantastic with my Bond Clean. Very friendly, efficient, professional, nothing was too much trouble. Agent was super impressed. My home was left very clean and sparkly. I would not hesitate to recommend.
