It was my first time with them. Loved the service and really satisfied. Had a hair wash and blow dry. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Would definitely go back to them.

Alyssa was amazing, gave awesome advice and did a perfect job on my hair. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. Also was very reasonably priced. Could not recommend enough.

First time going and I’d go back for sure! The ladies are all lovely and are very careful to give you what you want with your hair. Perfect colour, perfect cut, lovely layering. Would recommend.

Absolutely lovely staff, I'm normally an anxious person but felt so relaxed with them. I've had two different ladies the two times I went and they were both so incredibly lovely! The place is gorgeous and the experience is just amazing from the massage chairs, the beer & wine they provide you while you wait, to the head massages they give you while the shampoo sits.

Decided to try the salon after walking/driving past a few times and admiring the beautiful decor. Had a wash, cut and dry, I found the pricing to be great value and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend :)

I’ve always had a beautiful experience with Opulence and all the ladies that have served me have treated me with such kindness! The only upsetting experience I’ve had is only recently when I have had my fringe cut extremely short as a first time front fringe. I usually get a curtain fringe and I’ve never had any problems and I do understand that I need to condition my hair to this change but it is super short and I currently have to pin it back as the unevenness and shortness of it leaves me with not much to be able to do.

Opulence is a gem in Newcastle. All the staff are very lovely and take the job seriously yet the atmosphere is relaxed and gorgeous. I’ve had a few stylists here but Kelly the owner is particularly great. The products are amazing and truly work as well. The salon itself is modern, stylish and clean! Love it, girls!

Amazing salon with beautiful and elegant decor, I know why it's called Opulence"! One of the best and most luxurious salon experiences I've had with impeccable service. The staff were so knowledgable and professional and exceeded my expectations giving me beautiful hair. Loved the latte while waiting for my foils to set also!Will definitely be back soon and reccomend highly xx"
