Absolutely gorgeous personalised stockings and ornaments for my daughters first Christmas! Very pleased.Only took a week or so for them to be ready for pick up as well, which is impressive considering the quality & the fact that they were ordered during the busy season.

After having read the positive reviews, I decided to give this place a try. What a MISTAKE!! No support is provided and I doubt I will get my order before Xmas.Ordering my items was easy and simple, but the delivery service was TERRIBLE. Three weeks after I placed my order, I received an email saying someone tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home, which was a lie. Both my partner and I work from home so someone is always at home during working hours. No calling card was left behind with details on how I can collect my parcel.I tried contacting Aramex (courier service) via the channels they offered -WhatsApp, Facebook and phone - but had no luck as they're not responding. I tried calling the Christmas Cart and received a voicemail saying they're closed and that I should send an email. Can you believe how a Christmas tore is closed during office hours during 2 weeks prior to Xmas day? I have no way of finding out where my order/parcel is. There is absolutely no support. This is very disappointing.
