We love Reid & Rose, such a great range of products. We love shopping as a family and are we always feel welcomed. Staff are amazing snd friendly.

Jarrod is extremely rude; DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS! He treated my daughter and I like a nuisance. I was enjoying shopping around and my 2.5 year old daughter was peacefully playing with a few items within her reach that weren’t breakable (plastic utensils, wrapping paper). Jarrod obviously didn’t feel comfortable with my daughter being in the store and abruptly picked up the few roles of wrapping paper and said very sternly that they weren’t toys and not to play with them. My gentle 2.5 year old was stunned and I wasn’t having it. I said okay well let’s go to my daughter and Jarrod said yes that would be good. I told him he was very rude and that I was willing to spend quite a bit of money there. He was still only concerned about my daughter breaking something. I told him I would pay if she broke something and even offered to pay for the wrapping paper she was playing with, he declined and told us that there was other shops down the street that we could shop at. I’m confused, was I not good enough to shop in this store? My money obviously wasn’t good here. Jarrod mustn’t have children and he must not like children. I could not believe how he treated us. He owns a few news agencies around town and I will never shop at any of them. Please don’t take your children in his stores if you wish to protect them from cruelty.
