I ordered some platters for our engagement party last Sunday. The food was fresh and delicious. James ( probably the owner ) was friendly with an excellent customer service skills. The food was ready on time with a nice packaging. We all enjoyed it and I will definitely come back for my next event.

We had ordered a selection of food for a pre-wedding breakfast for the bridal party. Imagine our reaction when we went to pick it up and was told they had no order request!! Upon showing the confirmation, all she could do was say “sorry about that”! You may be sorry but that did not help out a stressful situation. Really annoyed and disappointed!!

Not happy with the customer service. Ordered a chicken schnitzel sandwich at 7:20 pm and when l asked for it to be toasted l was told the toaster is already off. It was Thursday night, stores opened late. I asked if she can turn it on again and was told no. So went to get my dinner somewhere else. ...

Went to buy a chicken pasta salad. Had s whole plate full of pasta with 3 little pieces of chicken. I asked to have some pasta taken off and a little more chicken where the young girl replied with sorry I'm not allowed to do that. So I said don't worry about it.. if I wanted a plate of pasta I'd of asked for it

Hard to give this place a good review. Every time I have been has been disappointing. Music loud as and awful customer service. One time I arrived 40 minutes before close and they were throwing everything out in front of my eyes.

Almost every day I have to walk up to there and say I can't order online, then after all they always make the online store available for ordering, feels like they really don’t want to turn it on.. For those who work at the mall, ordering online until arrives at the store makes all the difference.
