Epping Little Sprouts

My son started joining ELS when he was 4 years old. He used to go to a different long day care and we worry that he may not settle well. Despite a few tears, I was very pleased to see my son's happy face within a few days as he was settling really well and quick. I can see the director and all the teachers are really caring and loving. They responded to my questions quickly and addressed any issue that I have raised. I have to say this is by far the best long day care that we have used and I highly recommend it.My son is moving to kindie next year and we will miss everyone there! Hope you miss his dimple too :P

A warm and friendly center. The teachers are very loving and caring. They work towards development of the kids. My kid thoroughly enjoyed here and always came home happy.

i have worked as an educator at Epping Little Sprouts since we opened in January 2018. It is such a great centre to work at, the team are amazing and the centre director is professional, passionate, has many years of experience and has everyone's best at heart.

My son has been at this long daycare for almost 2 years. He developed a lot of social and language skills here. The teachers are great and caring. Facilities are great for kids. Dropping off, picking up and check ins are easy and quick. We are very happy with ELS and highly recommend this daycare.

I had to think twice before writing this review because then more people will find what a gem that is Epping Little Sprout, which may make it harder for my to put my youngest two children in. But I decided to write one in order to do this beautiful place and people the justice they deserve.Due to the turbulent years of COVID, we missed out on a spot for our second daughter Jennifer at the daycare that my first daughter went to (which we’re familiar with). We also tried other two daycares for Jennifer throughout 2021, although we never stayed on mainly due to the uncertainties re COVID situation.End of 2021, we drove past ELS and decided to give it a go. Jennifer is a really shy girl and the first few weeks that she started here, she would bawl her eyes out and protest by not eating and drinking. She would even refuse dinner at home and have nightmares for a couple of days after. The mom guilt is so strong with this girl, so much so that I was convinced that she won’t like any daycare. We actually did take a break from ELS thinking Jennifer can’t manage, but during Jennifer’s break, she would ask me when she would see one of the educators there again. This surprised me greatly. I realised that somehow my shy girl has gradually transformed into this confident little lady who’s keen to learn new things! Needless to say, we scrambled to get her back in, and with plenty of luck she managed to get her spot back.The educators at ELC are deeply passionate, motivated, gentle and loving. The centre is clean and has an onsite chef with food menu that caters to different dietary needs. A few weeks into her time at ELS, Jennifer brought home a pizza slice and chose to eat it for dinner instead of the food I cooked! They also embrace the different cultures that each children come from, and would even encourage us to celebrate our culture. This is something very special that I didn’t get to experience in the other daycares that we’ve been to.Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the centre still takes reasonable precaution against COVID which sadly many places, including some other daycare centres that my friends’ children go to, are becoming way too lax (ie staff and parents not wearing masks).We’re so deeply grateful to everyone at ELS and can rest our mind knowing that our daughter is well cared on a COVID safe environment.

This pre-school is the worst preschool i have ever seen. My shild was 2 years old and abused to sleep. The teacher pinched her and hurt her. By the time i had come to get my daughter (her first day by the way) she had been crying so hard and for ao long she could barely open her eyes. She instantly pointed at the teacher and told me she hurt me" ....i am digusted by her actions."

I placed my son into childcare this year and he fit in quickly. He also cultivated good sleeping habits, learnt ways to express himself like dancing and humming to tunes.The facilities are very good and well maintained; Definitely recommend the centre to friends and family.

I had my child enrolled here when he was 1 year old. And he stayed for 8 months. It was really a wonderful experience. Many values and manners were being taught. Lots of activities and fun. Director Maree and all the educators are wonderful professionals.

This is a very good child care centre. My child is very happy with the environment and teachers. The education program is with high standard. The staff in the centre is very nice.

We couldn't be happier to have my daughter attending this child care. Staff team put every effort and attention to detail in order to ensure that the kids are comfortable and developing their skills.
