Fly Autohaus had the perfect car that we were looking for. Ken was amazing from the word go. He took the time to give me the full details of the car over the phone. Our initial phone conversation lasted 45min and he was very patient and informative. When we came down he was very warm and pleasant to deal with and guided us through decision making process. He didn't mind us taking the car for a test drive but he wanted to make sure it was the car we were looking for. The negotiations were calm and respectful which resulted in us putting down a deposit. My wife then took the car for a test drive and she liked it very much. The next day I had the car inspected by a 3rd party and was given the all clear except for a minor service fault. Ken contacted every single Land Rover dealer in Melbourne and managed to book the car in to have the software upgraded and fault removed at his own expense. Ken spared no effort ensuring the car was flawless inside out. Ken kept me updated and informed every step along the way. Ken also sold us a 5 year warranty plan. We picked up the car today and couldn't be any happier with our purchase. I am certain that if I ever needed help with the Range Rover Ken would not leave us high and dry.
