I purchased a solid surface bath from Highgrove at Newcastle and used the provided information to have the plumbing set out. Unfortunately, the waste for the bath is not even close to the spec sheet. I am now left with a $900 bill to rectify the mistake.I gave highgrove this information and they kindly offered to pay a third despite this error being their fault. They provided incorrect information and have refused to take responsibility. They are hiding behind a rubbish clause on their fact sheets which effectively states that they can change the design however they see fit without any notification.Absolute garbage company with non existent customer service.

Best I'll say is after spending $$$$$ there. Service ,not there. Looking for someone to take more than the shifty pricing they use, than go there. First and last time.Won't go back.

Highgrove Gateshead should all be congratulated on their service, from first point of sale to revisiting with some changes as the build started to the end delivery and install with an issue that was resolved without fuss. Gemma in particular that we dealt with mostly has awesome product knowledge and nothing was a problem. All the staff friendly and helpful. Well done. Pricing was good as was availability. Delivered 2 wrong parts of shower screen, then failed to deliver the correct parts until the next day. Demonstrated no special effort to rectify their mistake and rudely treated us like an annoyance. Cost a tradie a days work. We will never use them again.
