Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to end up with nails falling off. Ny nails started tearing after visiting this place. They remove the shellac nail polish using an electric filer rather than a solution. It’s a lazy, terrible practice that saves them time so they can squeeze in more customers. Worse still, they deny the issue is their fault so they’re dishonest, too.

I have been getting my nails done here for a while now and I always walk away happy with the result. All the girls are lovely and they are all very good at their job. Recommend for a quality job.

It was my go to place however, a lot of older staff no longer work there and the new hires are terrible. The last straw for me was my recent visit there about 2 weeks ago, my nails are breaking along with my real nails and it ends up bleeding and is very painful. I have about 3 good nails left and don’t recommend anyone to visit.

I had a appointment booked I waited half n hour. They kept switching lady's. Lady took a phone call as she was doing my nails and left me waiting again. 2 hours they took just for infills and I asked for french they not even french colour. My nails are really really sharp and not the length I wanted. I have scratched someone by accident. Also made my sister wait also were rude. And lady laughed as she was doing my nails. Will never go back. I can't wait to take them off I can't stand my horrible nails!

Waited 35 minutes just to get a pedicure and not even a discount was given even though they knew I’ve been waiting for a long time. The pedicure took an hour and 20 in total. They messed up the paint 2 times and so I had to wait even longer. It was a waste of my time and I regret walking in.

I absolutely love coming here!!!I’m a regularly now and have never been able to fault them!I usually come for eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions and Mani/ Pedi full set.Most of the girls are amazingly talented with their nail art!Especially my favourite three, Sarah, Maria and Sophia!Sophia is great at eyelash extensions!!Always love coming here!!

Excellent, the wait time is sometimes a little longer than desired but overall worth waiting for. Love Tran, but she is on leave after having a bab, hope she is back soon. Miss her…, but now there is Sarah and she is amazing. Have gone to many different places since Tran is away, but always return there as they are the best. LOVE THEM
