Rose City Removals

Tremendous effort in helping us to move from Brisbane to Warwick. Bob and Brendon worked extremely hard and with great care in what trying conditions of a high set house. Once in Warwick they were only too happy to unload everything and place where it was required. It was a fantastic job and one which we are very thankful for. Thank so much for the care taken, it was very much appreciated. We will use Rose City again when required.

Lynne and Bob were not only professional to deal with - they work hard and late, and they run a fully insured business operation - but they are also honest, decent and community-minded people. They cheerily helped me with an urgent requirement when a family member needed furniture moved following surgery out of the goodness of their hearts. Rose City Removals has my wholehearted recommendation - I will certainly use them for our next move.

Lynne was impeccable as a professional but sadly Bob was confusing and difficult. They did not disclose that they were retiring and transferring business to Cahill Removals, who turned up on the day and advised.The driver and lead team member was highly professional and courteous but his offsider, missing his front teeth, lazy, rude rolling his eyes and making derogatory comments about various items. He damaged a $3,000 piece of furniture claiming he didn't do it when it was clearly obvious only he could have between the destinations as the driver and I were working together most of the time. The item arrived in very a different condition to how it was prior to being loaded on the truck. Very disappointing.I am thankful for Lynne and the fabulous driver removals guy, but as of the overall business dealings from late 2022, would not in all good conscience recommend either Rose City or Cahill Removalists of Warwick, Queensland.

Lynne, Bob and Ashley were great to deal with. Very happy with the pace, care and service. Thanks for making the move easy!
