Work shop is useless. They have had my bike for 5 Months for a service!!! Been told different stories each time I ring! In January I was told it would be ready in a week as the parts had only just arrived. Today I’m told they are still waiting on parts!! What a circus!

100% recommend Coastal Motorcycle Centre. Daniel is a top bloke, great customer service from him and the gang! He sorted me out with a cracking deal on a ZX6R and even let me take it for a (very long) test ride. The weather has been poor to say the least lately and he even offered to drop the bike off at my house Fortunately, the weather held out in the end.Everyone at the shop is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for more… if the missus doesn’t chop up the credit card to stop me. If you need a anything bike (motor or pedal power) related, don’t hesitate to give them a call! You won’t look back!

Service department is a joke. Bike was dropped off for suspension work on the 10th of feb. Work to be started on the 13th of feb. kept getting the old we are busy didn’t get a chance and can’t find the spring excuse from glen the manager of service department. Ended up picking the bike back up on the 13th of march with no work done to it. Have bought 2 new bikes from this place in the past will not be going there again. Pathetic

Thanks to Glenn for the excellent service.I’m a newbie to motorcycles and he took the time to walk me through the regular maintenance my bike needed and gave me some really helpful tips for keeping it in good condition. He also recommended some great products. The staff was super friendly and I had a great overall experience. I'll definitely be returning for all my motorcycle needs in the future. So I went in with a flat (sucks but it is what it is) and Glen told me the news that the past owner had completely f&@$ed up the axle. With plenty of photos and a speedy change over, I now have a new tyre and a new axle with little hassle.

Not the best experience with this retailer. Slow to reply if you get a response at all. Bought some parts which took around a month to arrive (via express). Managed to track down some parts elsewhere in a timely manner so I attempted to return in the unopened packaging to not get a response. As someone who works in retail and knows how crazy the past couple of years has been, you guys can do better.
