SEN representative Erfan knocked on my door and presented me with a leaflet about the gov initiative to save energy. Erfan was very professional and kind in explaining this initiative as I haven't heard of it before. He installed 2 shower heads in a minute!! they look great and he told me they consume 7.5 liters of water per minute compared to my previous shower heads that consumed 20 liters per minute. Thank you so much SEN.

Spoke to the salesman and told him I wanted cool white globes x 40 to replace fluro down lights. They put in warm white. Someone came back and left a box of cool white globes so I changed them myself and cleaned the glass at the same time. Found two different size warm lights in and covers not fitted properly. Staff were polite but I believe management did not supply them with the correct product.

They promised different products for our house under a government plan, but just installed a fan seal, never delivered other stuff, and answered non of our calls!I wonder if this how our tax money gets stolen?!

I can't get these people on the phone. A girl rang to find out if the work was done and I asked her for a correct phone number, she fluffed around and made it sound really dodgy. I haven't had a call back and there phone appears disconnected. Not sure I'd let them in my house again.

Gosh, Save Energy Now, as a government provider of energy efficient products was super! I called and installation was done, free of charge, the next morning. There were no complaints, no excuses or lack of follow up like other government rebate provides, as I had tried three other companies prior to Save Energy Now, with no success. Keep up the good work!

Provided a damaged lightbulb when doing changeover. We have been trying to contact you for nearly 2 weeks to arrange a time to fix our lightbulb. Very disappointing.
