Awesome to deal with, very prompt was able to have my heater serviced on same day as the reminder email for servicing was sent out as they had a cancellation. Heater is functioning way better after the service. Overall very happy, would certainly recommend them

O'Briens charged $220.00 to service our gas heater, even though there was nothing wrong with it, when the going rate in this area is $120.00. The serviceman was here 25 minutes. When I queried the amount with the office, I was told that it doesn't matter if he was there 5 minutes or an hour, it was $220.00.

A Grade service and after hours support. Adam attended to our blocked sewer late Saturday afternoon. He was knowledgeable, efficient and had a great attitude. Very refreshing to see these days. Thanks again guys, you saved the day and we could use our facilities again. Keep up the good work.

Geoff was very quick to assist and find issue. Ben and Tom were excellent when fixing the problem in a timely manner. Ben very clearly explain the issue and the process he would go through as well as carefully testing after the repair.
