Big thank you to Dean for so perfectly capturing our backyard wedding on NYE last year! Not only did he give up NYE with his kids he was thoughtful, relaxed, easy - we felt like having a friend at our wedding!We really loved Dean’s gentle, heartfelt photos that captured all the little moments from us all chipping in to prepare lunch to my Dad missing every shot at Finska!Originally we were against having photos of just us. But we so appreciated that Dean encouraged us to have a few - more for the moment to ourselves after the ceremony, which he knew we’d need, than the photos themselves!It was these thoughtful details that we loved about Dean’s approach! We were looking for a photographer for our wedding day, someone who captured those spontaneous moments, not too formal, and someone who blended easily with us, our children and our guests. We wanted photos to look back on and enjoy the memories of our special day with family and friends.And wow, Dean certainly did that! What a great guy! Dean was lovely towards everybody especially our children, they loved him. My excitement on the day was captured and it was only when I looked at the photos Dean sent through that I cried. He captured all the emotions of the day through his work, showing us what a beautiful day it was.Dean is very accommodating to whatever you require on the day, and nothing seemed to be a problem for him. Back in February, on the hottest day of the year (39degs!), my husband and I were lucky enough to have Dean of Cloudface Photography document our sweaty, but very special day! I found Dean from cloudface photography on google and I am so happy I did. I was firstly impressed with his photos because they captured moments and emotion. Since getting in contact with Dean, he was professional and after one phonecall, I knew I had to book him and it was the best thing I did. On the actual day, we bearly knew Dean was there. My wife and I engaged Dean from CloudFace Photography to photograph our ceremony after we saw his awesome work at our friends' wedding. We were thrilled with his fantastic work capturing our intimate ceremony, some family photos, and bridal photography. He has such an empathetic and chilled demeanor that puts everybody at ease, and many of our guests commented on how great he was. We will definitely be returning to Dean to shoot our bigger (non-Covid) wedding celebration next year!

Dean captured our elopement perfectly. The first time I met him, I was dressed and ready to get married. He gave me a big hug and said “that dress!”. I felt like a million bucks, he has such a calming energy and being photographed by him feels so natural and easy.We really wanted candid, unforced photos and Dean delivered beyond expectations. The one request we had was a champagne popping pic and he happily snapped away in the midst of the spray. One of my favourite photos!Cannot recommend Dean enough. BOOK HIM, you won’t regret it.
