The quoted price was good and didn't change, he was prompt and did the job exactly as described. When I contacted this company yesterday it was the first time I had ever dealt with them. I found them online and I read the reviews. He didn't ask me for a review but I just want to say that the service was excellent in every way. Mick's phone manner, knowledge and professionalism were 10 out of 10. So much so that I didn't bother with any other quotes as I immediately trusted him to work on my place. I don't say that lightly, having worked in the service industry for many years, I'm often disappointed by tradespeople who seem intent on steering you to what works best for them, rather than you. Mick is the opposite. His attention to detail and the way he conducted himself at my property was very professional. Mick gave me advice on what to buy even though it was not through him, then he installed my new oven for me and whilst he was doing that I started thinking of other electrical jobs that I could get him to quote on whilst he was here. Whilst we've only had one transaction together, for installing an appliance and advice in general, I would highly recommend him and I plan to use his services for all my electrical work. Have just had my old cottage re wired, which is a major undertaking. Mick provided amazing service, total professionalism and at all times I felt a great job was being done. He always kept me updated regarding the progress of the work. Mick was prepared to complete whatever I wanted done, eg mounting TV and soundbar on wall, bedroom fans, many extra power points, wired in fire alarms etc. Plus he had great ideas which I'd never thought of. Consequently my cottage now feels safe and it feels like the whole place has had a major upgrade. The weather was bad through most of the process, but he just carried on with a smile. I totally recommend Mick for any electrical work you may need.

Mick came and installed a couple of powerpoints for us. Did a good job and is a great bloke. Definitely recommend.

Mick installed a new bathroom light, upgraded our (unsafe) switch board, and installed a new sub floor ventilation system to deal with dampness issues under/in our house. Prices were very reasonable for the high quality of work provided by Mick. He used high quality materials and did a lot of thinking and planning about how to get the job done best. Highly recommend him.

Mick was super helpful and professional. I had an urgent repair that Mick rearranged his afternoon to prioritise us. He went above and beyond to fix the issue, even though it was a small job. He was friendly, easy to deal with and I would highly recommend him. I would definitely use him again for any future work.
