I absolutely love going to BFT!I’d done nothing but walking and bike rides since pre covid and the team at BFT Warragul (the staff and the members) have been so welcoming, helpful, and supportive in getting me back on track with my fitness goals. Training here is one of my favourite parts of my day and I’m really grateful to be apart of this lil community.

After five and a half years and two babies, I was extremely apprehensive to start training in a gym again. I'm so glad when I finally decided to take the plunge that it was at BFT Warragul! Everyone there, couches, and the team included are so welcoming and supportive, and from my very first session, I felt comfortable and confident that I made the right decision. For anyone, mums included looking for a great gym to help you feel like yourself again, and to build your fitness and confidence, BFT Warragul is the place for you!

Can’t recommend BFT Warragul enough,I’m actually a member at a few gyms in Warragul & since i joined BFT I haven’t been back !The knowledge from the staff is second to noneAlong with their positive & genuine support it is more than a gym .Their programs are addictive, I mean I hate them but am absolutely obsessed with them at the same time .

Have been going to BFT for over a year now and you will not get another gym that gives you the same experience as this one! The trainers are always there to encourage, correct form and push you when needed! Regardless of age or level of fitness it suits all. It is my home away from home! Child friendly allocated classes and an awesome supportive environment from the AMAZING trainers to the team members!
