Built Union Street Brunswick 11 Apartments 2017. Great quality. great service. Very responsive. They did such a great job I now work for them.

Renovations were done with a high degree of communication and attention to detail. Small defect in laundry by the tradies was rectified immediately on informing the project manager. Very happy with the result - house was sold easily partly because of how amazing the kitchen and laundry looked.

Talcon Engineers have been engaged on several projects with Argyle Building as consulting engineers and site managers. Their build quality is excellent and the team is extremely professional to work with. Talcon highly recommend Argyle Building for any Commercial or Residential construction developments.

We partnered with Argyle Building Services on our commercial residential development to construct 8 high end luxury apartments. Throughout the entire process Sam and the team at Argyle were very professional and responsive. They were outstanding at working collaboratively to address and find solutions to any issues that arose during the construction process. The standard of the finishes and quality control throughout the build was very impressive. I would happily recommend and work again with Argyle Building Services in the future.

ARGYLE fully renovated my home a few years ago and have just come to this site to reconnect with the crew after several happy and satisfied family referrals to their business; now seeking assistance on a new project for me. Awesome to see same crew still managing and running the business. The guys are the ultimate professionals.

My new apartment (bought off the plan) has multiple defects- unfinished tiling, chipped tiles, tiles which are a safety hazard and move when walking on them, poor painting, cupboard frames not cut to the appropriate length and are short, a level was not used when completing any of the work (kitchen bench not sitting flush causing water in the sink to pool to the edge and not drain, bench propped up by an offcut of cabinetry), large amounts of silicone/filler products used to try to cover up their poor workmanship, warped and bowed wooden sideboards/poor plastering, damaged materials (scratched and dented window frames, floor board etc). Poor communication - sent maintenance to fix things they knew required replacement. Not happy and left with a defective apartment. - Providing an update: the terrace area tiles caved in on me when I walked over them due to not being affixed properly in the first place (see photo).

The worth building companies ever.clearly untrustable especially building manager Charles tasche who make subcontractor pay for hire materials without insurance, damge during exercice of fonction. Rip off customer. pay subcontractor late, really bad Quality product. Not recommended to anyone. Have been report to Fair work.

We used Argyle in the design and build of a child care centre in northern suburbs. A tremendous result.The child care is modern, spacious and attractive.

Poor quality materials. Poor construction. So many incomplete components when keys handed over. Chipped table top, chipped toilet, blocked shower drain, incomplete grout, cement stains on exterior, major leaks when it rains... just to name a few. There is a maintenance period and warranty period but no one replies to emails or calls. Project manager changes hands and takes no ownership. The price is cheap at first glance but definitely do not buy from these builders. You're in for a long journey of constant maintenance and stress.
