There were so many red flags even before I got my hair cut including the hairdresser's rude and abrasive manner and the way he did not listen to me as I was explaining what I wanted to have done.He assured me he knew exactly what I wanted and proceeded to start cutting. He showed me that he had cut to just below the shoulders (I said I wanted it to sit around my shoulders) so that when it dried it would spring up to sitting on my shoulders - I was happy with this. But then he kept cutting. At one point I pointed out that the hair was a bit short and he said it was the way it was combed. He then went on to explain that 'when people use a new hairdresser for the first time they always spazz out because their techniques are different'. At this point I wanted to jump out of the chair and run but of course the haircut was not finished and I wanted so badly to trust him.I left with the worst haircut I have ever had. He did not at all listen to me - I even showed him a photo of how I wanted my hair to look but also explained that I knew the photo was styled and I probably didn't have the same hair texture that she did.He blatantly did not listen to me, completely dismissed things that I had said as if he knew my hair better than I did and then kept bragging about 'clients that fly from Hong Kong to get their hair cut every 6 weeks'. So disappointed and will definitely not be returning here.

Theo and Morris are outstanding. I have afro hair and they are the first hairdressers to admit that they aren't pro's with afro hair but they are the first hairdressers to get my hair right. Highly recommended.

Great local Ashfield hair salon. I had a very good experience here getting my haircut and styled. Reasonable pricing makes it affordable too to have a professional cut and style using good products and clean tools, in a pleasant viby atmosphere. I love that it's on the 'other' side of the railway yet remains very easy to locate and visit. See you soon guys.

Don’t trust the service they give you. Especially the Keratin treatment. I spent $200 and felt like it it was a rip off, as My smooth hair gone rough after the treatment. I called to see if they could do something about it and both men were not Ready to listen to the feedback and said they prefer not to talk to me and serve me as their customer.They would do what they want.Not professional at all.

I went to this other hairdressing salon and walked out in tears not impressed. Went straight to Cathy’s Vogue..... Jessica is the best hairdresser ever and left super happy with what she did and she completely understood what I wanted and provided excellent service. Amazing job Jessica.

I cannot recommend my Keratin treatment more highly! I have just had the treatment done and it is superb. I have been having my hair done with Theo and Maris for many years.... every 3 weeks... and have ALWAYS been so, so happy!! Thank you for your service, your professionalism and everything you do for me and my hair!! You are stellar!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Theo, Morris, the attention they give you and of course the end product. Getting my hair done is like being on holiday - I'm transported to a home away from home, with great music and vibes.

I usually have my hair cut by Morris and he is absolutely marvellous.I have scanty hair and making it look great is not easy .I rang the salon today and asked if Morris is available and was told he was there and a booking was made for 10.15 am I took a taxi there when I arrived I was told that he does not work on Tuesdays .The woman offered to cut my hair I refused and went home.Taxi fare from home to salon and back $50.If she had been honest instead of trying to pinch Morris's customers.It would have saved me not only money but also my health .I am 87 and can't afford these lies. Beware when the woman answers the phone . She is a fraud and a poor sample of a hair dresser.
