Repco South Morang

Went today on 12/11/22took few tools from shelves two staff were there at the back bold guy and one lady went to cashier waited ten minutes they said Two seconds still waited left everything there and went to Supercheap worst customer service no one else in store that time really really bad maybe racial issues or what

I was stranded on a Friday morning with a flat battery with a wedding due in the afternoon, I called up a few different Auto parts stores but couldn’t get any help from them. Then thankfully called Repco south morang, they were very courteous (especially the lovely receptionist who answered my call and the manager who decided to deliver the battery to my address despite the option not showing on click and collect), extremely professional and genuinely showed care for a member of the community who was stranded. I highly recommend any dealings with this store and I will tell all my friends and family about this experience. I hope they like red wine, because there’s a bottle to that office from me. Worst customer service at the south morang store. More like no service. Was not acknowledged walking into the store spent about 25mins in the store 15mins of it was waiting to pay for my purchase at the front counter no came so you lost a sale!!!!

Really poor experience after asking the manager if they could price match, he flat out rejected any discounts. Didn't even ask what the prices where before rejecting a sale. I went across the road to Supercheap auto who where able to price match. Will be cashing in my rewards points and never returning to Repco after years of buying parts after that rude experience.

A huge shout out to Rob who helped me out with some wiper blade arms today for my car. Got the refills and then soon found the complete arm set was needed. An absolute gentleman on the phone and then helped me when I came into store at South Morang. Outstanding. Thanks Rob - Marcus

We arrived at 9.05am on Sunday to buy the Bathurst tool chest . The outstanding service and patience we received from Zora and Rob was without question the best customer service we have had in a long time . Highly recommend this store and both staff cannot be praised highly enough .The Taylor's lake store could definitely learn a lesson here.

Always have what I need when other don't and more. Staff quite friendly and knowledgeable
