George and his team did first class work at our house. First they built a fabulous balcony. We were so impressed we asked them later to lay a floor and reconstruct the kitchen. At all times the crew were happily working. If there were any problems or updates George was there in a moment. Workmanship, communication all five star. And every day they left the site spotless!

We have had three construction phases in our Glebe house over the last 10 years and George's input was, by far, the best experience we have had. He liaised effectively with the architect and with us, the work has been of an exceptionally high standard and there was no corner-cutting. We have no reservation in recommending his work.

Our experience with McGarry Constructions was exceptionally good. George and his entire team are wonderful, always responsive, friendly, easy to work with and completely reliable. Our new deck is far better than I could have imagined, the workmanship and attention to detail means that we have a very fancy and fabulous outdoor space now! The team also did quite a lot of work inside, renovating our bathroom, reviving all our old sash windows, plus a skylight in our hall and lots of electrical work. George and his team did an extraordinary renovation of our house. We had major structural changes throughout, all work was done at a very professional level. George was very responsive with questions we had and would always call to make sure we were happy with everything moving forward. We had the pleasure of working with George and his team while McGarry Constructions completed renovations on our inner west home.The renovations included replacing all the flooring, windows (including two new beautiful 'period' timber windows that George designed and sourced himself), creating an open plan family room, replacing the old kitchen with a butlers pantry and new kitchen complete with an island, and painting front to rear.One of the things that impressed us the most, was George's project management skills. His attention to detail, not only during the course of the build stage, but at the initial planning stages ensured that the project ran on time and was completed within the timeframes agreed at the start of the project. George kept us informed throughout the whole build process and ensured that when decisions had to be made, he provided us with options and recommendations to allow us to make informed choices.The work completed was of a very high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending George and his team.

McGarry Constructions has completed 3 major reconstructions in our terrace house over the past 2 years, for two of which we remained in residence.Throughout this work the team displayed excellent professionalism and caused minimal disruption. George promptly responded to all our concerns as complex issues with the existing structure were resolved. McGarry Constructions renovated our front room and replaced our timber floors in our hallway at which time we had a 2 month old baby (2016). Their professional attitude, respect and daily communication made what was already a stressful time, seem effortless. George and his team did a fantastic job taking our tired 40's house and turning the rear living areas and deck into the relaxed space that we enjoy every day. They delivered it to the highest standard with attention to the finest detail, bang on time.Even from the first consultation we knew we were dealing with the ideal builder. He met us weekly onsite, which helped keep everyone on the same page and, ultimately, the build on schedule.A fun aspect of working with George was the social experience. He posted video walk throughs regularly, which meant we were able to literally watch our build come to life. We found ourselves hanging out to see his Instagram posts each morning, hoping to catch something juicy happening onsite.We would recommend McGarry Constructions without hesitation!
