My Discovery - Touring 4.1m kayak was not available in Brisbane so they shipped it directly to me from Sydney within 10 business days. I could not be happier with the quality of this kayak and cannot wait to get it out on the water. Communication was clear. My wife & I brought the Hug XL 3 Seater & a number of accessories. The accessories were Spray Skirts, Cockpit Cover, Paddle Leash, Water Proof Phone Case, Life Jackets, Mesh Storage Bags, Kayak Cover, Bilge Pump & Smart Sail. The people at Bay Sports have been fantastic to deal with. Communication has been fantastic, product has been fantastic. Everything I ordered has been received exactly as described. If there were any supply issues I was notified quickly & told when it would be available which it always was. We brought the 3 seater because we have grandchildren who visit & we take them for rides in the middle cockpit, we also do a lot of over night trips where we need to pack our camping gear. The 3 seater gave us the option of using the middle cockpit for extra storage as well as the front & rear storage compartments. I suspect that the storage compartments in the 2 seater are a bit bigger & would be adequate for us had we gone that way. We sometimes paddle for a few hours without a break, we have found the seats to be comfortable. We sometimes kayak in rough waters & moderate swells, we have found this kayak to be very stable. We've had our kayak for aprox 12 months now & absolutely love it. Thanks Bay Sports.

Hi husband purchased a SUP from Manly Bay Sports for me as a gift, and I am so happy with it. I’m a beginner paddleboarder, and I have found it stable from the get-go, as well as responsive and fun, as I already had a go in some small chop in the ocean. I absolutely love SUPping aL ready and can’t wait to get back on it and progressing, and seeing all the marine life from above!

Incredibly fast and efficient service from the team at Bay Sports. I bought an entry level Aquanauta sit-in kayak to help me get through lockdown and it arrived at my door two days later! Bay Sports was great to deal with. I bought a Sea to Summit mattress for my roof top tent and while the product itself is excellent, the customer service at Bay Sports was second to none. I'll be buying from them regularly from now on
