Fantastic service - prompt and efficient. I called David at 7.15 pm on a Monday night as we urgently needed our gas water heating unit repaired and we had someone here 45 minutes later who managed to get the unit going again in the cold and rain! Great work Plumbsmart.

David arrived within 20 minutes of our property manager contacting him (on a public holiday) and was fantastic! He fixed the issue super quick and was very lovely about having to crawl under the house to reach the leak! Great service.

I woke up this morning to discover no hot water available, probably due to an overnight power outage. I rang Plumbsmart and immediately spoke to a real person instead of an automated answering service.* They organised a plumber to visit during the morning. He diagnosed the electrical problem, and as there were no spare parts, not surprising given the unit is over 25 years old, he replaced the hot water unit immediately. I think it is hard to imagine a better level of service.*One national service provider who were experiencing a higher than the usual number of calls" finally returned my call less than half an hour before the plumber called me to say he was on his way.Roy"

We were very impressed with our tap installation at short notice.Nathan gave a thorough of explanation of what was required and the price. Another plumber from another company previously did not want the job as it was too difficult. Sebastian did an excellent job installing it and we are very satisfied both with the quality as well as price. Lynne and Hans.

They cancelled both our bookings to have a stovetop and dishwasher fitted, without giving us any real notification, as their gas fitter was unavailable and they didn't think to send someone else to fit the dishwasher.They would very much benefit from implementing a text message notification system for when bookings get cancelled, though they don't seem to be any good at making use of text messaging for communication.
