Honestly, can’t really say anything else but a huge Family, been going for about 8 or so months now and currently moving town and I’m going to miss it. They are so supportive and always welcoming

CrossFit Bundaberg is an excellent gym/ CrossFit box! I've trained there for near on 3 years. They have always taken into consideration my previous injuries and have been totally supportive, helping me work around them and have helped me achieve my goals. The business owners, trainers and fellow CrossFitters are all great people and I have seen then time and again welcome new-comers into the group. I have also referred friends to CrossFit in the past 2 years and they've also had great experiences and become part of the family. I had no previous experience with CrossFit before joining but found their education and guidance allowed me to get up and going with it very quickly. I can't talk highly enough about CrossFit Bundaberg! Thanks heaps guys!

I participate in the Mighty Masters 50+ group. Our group meets 8am-9am Mon+Wed.There are approx 12 of us ranging in ages and fitness levels. 0ur Instructor Eddie is great everything can be modified to our own fitness levels. He is our own age yet extremely fit.When I was younger I went to several gyms u walk in and see rows and rows of different machines u have a personal trainer that u rarely see pay lots of money and end up opting out in frustration.Crossfit is nothing like that to start with we only pay $6 for our hourly session and for whatever reason if u can't come u don't pay. There is an Rn in the building during our sessions in case?Everybody is so friendly and if necessary we help and encourage each other. I am 70yr old and overweight but I joined to be more active and increase my fitness levels and if I lost weight that would be a bonus. Yes I am fitter and have lost some weight so now take more interest in what goes in my mouth.Please come along and check crossfit out. I can't possibly tell you all the things we do,each day is a different program to prevent boredom and to exercise different parts of the body.I can thoroughly recommend it!!
