Best Body introduced me to pilates for physiotherapy on my knee following surgery. To say I'm hooked is an understatement! I've been attending pilates at Best Body for 3 years now, my knee stronger than ever but best of all, the results for my entire body is evident. The booking app is simple to use and allows you to scroll through to classes and days that suit your lifestyle and book in advance. The studios are modern and clean with a mixture of instructors to keep the classes varied and fun. What are you waiting for?!

I started Pilates at Bassendean just over 6mths ago.I can only commit to one class a week but have noticed my flexibility and strength is improving.My instructor Elissa is extremely knowledgeable and caters for all levels of ability in our group.

With chronic lower back pain and problems and years of chiropractic that didn’t do much I thought what have I got to lose I will try this Pilates stuff. Well little did I know I could lose my lower back pain and problems and with my awesome teacher Elissa and the great classmates I have never felt stronger
