While the workmanship was good and they left the place clean, the attitude of the service man was appalling. He raised his voice to me telling me that he was the expert and not me when I was trying to turn the heater on to a higher system.I had to stay silent so that we did not get into a big disagreement as to how to operate my heater.While I will be using the company again I will definitely ask for this service man not to visit me as he was very disrespectful and had absolutely no customer service.

Good job cleaning dust from ducts, but did just find a bunch of old crayons and other large items in one of the vents. It was all obviously year old. So not really a complete duct clean. Will be going through all other vents shortly

They came on time . And they msg me one day before to remind me they coming. The gu was very professional with the right equipment and the most important he was very polite and understanding and he was reap to do whatever u ask for even if not agreed before. At the end he did a perfect job and I'm very very happy with them

Starting from the the customer service I was given from Susie who answers the phone, it was a positive experience to deal with Silverstar cleaning. Her friendliness and care gave me confidence in trusting the company. Then Chen who did the actual steam cleaning of my lounges and sofas was also friendly and very efficient in the way he completed the job. I am very happy how the cleaning went and in particular I really appreciated that there was no excess water on the floor after he finished. Overall a very good service at a reasonable price.

They did amazing job of duct cleaning for our heaters and vents. They did it neatly with no dust at all on our floor or anywhere. I would have given them 6 stars if possible. Cheers team!!

Any company that leaves its brochure in my letterbox despite the No Junk Mail sign is not worthy of business. It seems there are many customers who agree. Update June 2023 - They are still leaving their flyers despite the No Junk Mail sign....

We've been getting their promotional material despite a very clear NO JUNK MAIL sign, and when I called to ask them to stop leaving it in our mail box they did not take it well. I definitely would not trust this company to undertake any services
