AAMI uses this company to evaluate claims. Despite mountains of evidence, written and picture evidence I found they kept missing the things that would make a claim valid. A very bad look

Our insurance(AAMI) assigned our house to them after bushfire for rebuild, they keep delay demolition without any notification.After bushfire, we lose all buildings surroundings the main house, and we have make plant( hot water service system delivery plus move back into main house), but without demolition we can’t do anything there has no path to walk into main house.They won’t return any phone call, unless you keep calling until their reception can’t function.I am extremely disappointed with their performance.Went to their website and see people’s comments, what a joke!!!

I recently do a claim with my insurance GIO for a damaged shared fence over the weather, and they use Power Partners for assessing the work. But they have been ignoring my calls multiple times and even my insurance tried to chase them but I am still stuck with the issue. Very bad!

absolutely useless company who wont return calls or give you updates on where your job is at. been waiting over 2 weeks for a phone call and have had to repeatedly call them to get anything done.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional from the beginning. They consistently ignored emails and phone calls, lied about checking work. Did not finish the work and the whole job that should have been a few weeks dragged on for 8 months.

the absolute worst. damaged my house and the rectification cost more than the original repair they were paid to do. tradesman made my daughter uncomfortable, don't even let them in your house.
